Refunds and Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are outside of Italy, shipping may take longer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to return an item after it has been shipped, please follow our return process outlined above.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
